Citadel Chambers are delighted to announce two additions to our Autumn series of lectures:

16.11.11          Mark Wall QC                         Update on Hearsay and Bad Character

 

Mark Wall QC’s lecture has been rearranged from the previous date 12.10.11

 

As usual each lecture will take place in the Richard Wakerly room on the 2^nd floor in Citadel Chambers, beginning at 5 for 5.15pm and be accredited with 1.5 CPD points for those present at the end of the session. Refreshments will be provided.

Following upon the election of Mark Wall QC as Leader of the Midland Circuit, it is regretted that he will not be able to deliver the talk planned for this Wednesday.
Unfortunately he is committed, as Leader, to attend elsewhere. However, we hope that he will deliver the planned lecture on a day to be arranged in November.

In his place, Rachel Brand QC will a talk entitled “Expert Evidence”, which we hope you will find equally interesting

He takes up his appointment on Monday 10th October, for a term of three years.

Richard Davenport joins Chambers

We are delighted to announce that Richard Davenport, formerly of Equity Chambers has joined our team. Richard, who was called to the bar in 2002, has particular expertise in Firearms and Driving after spending time with the Ministry of Defence
